Description: Presented is a unique and completely untouched specimen of Foulonia sp. That exhibits its part and counterpart (AKA Positive/Negative). Due to its rarity and market value, this species is normally prepared to enhance the display of the specimen. We decided to leave this one, which we found at the Fezouata Shale, in its original display, thinking about collectors that look for it and never see one untouched available. It's a good-sized specimen, with brown and yellowish natural colours, found in a slab that contains (either at part and counterpart), several disperse fragments of other fossils. This is very typical of the very fossiliferous Fezouata Shale. Wish you love it as much as we do. It's an awesome rare specimen and a unique opportunity for serious collectors.

The colours of the specimen (very well preserved) result from replacing the original cuticular substances with ferritic minerals, particularly iron oxides, abundant in this very particular geological layer. Do not hesitate to ask any questions.
