Rare, TWO Euloma sp Trilobites from the Lower Ordovician of Morocco

  

There are two rare Eulona sp. They were found in the Fezouta Formation near Zagara, Morocco and date to the Lower Ordivician.

Each trilobite measures approximately 0.99 inches long. The entire plate, with the trilobites, measures 5.1 inches long, 3.88 inches wide at its widest and 0.76 inches high. The specimen has been repaired through the right genal spine. The plate has been repaired through the middle of the shale.

In the trilobite -collecting world this is not a detriment. Trilobites are found by smashing open rocks- and the specimens often get broken as a result. It is rare to find an entire, unbroken trilobite.

Many sellers do not disclose that their fossils have been repaired as the repair is often very well done, and virtually undetectable. I believe in full disclosure. All of my fossils are guaranteed authentic and have been legally obtained.
